[Fine Art, Painting: Childhood] Experimenting With Childhood Techniques, 10/16

As I wanted to incorporate more child-like techniques using these bold lines and bright colours I have created a series where me and my little sisters painted with brushes, fingers and potato printed – all old methods from my childhood. We used the cheap acrylics from when I was a kid using mainly primary colours. I love how these pieces resulted, the fun that we all had this afternoon is really captured by the freedom and liveliness of the shapes and movement. They present the raw, young essence of childhood extraordinarily.
